Request Account Deletion
This page is the web account-deletion request path for Navi Navi. If you created a Navi Navi account and want your account and associated app data deleted, use one of the options below.
What to include
- The email address tied to your Navi Navi account.
- A short statement that you want your Navi Navi account deleted.
- Any detail that helps us identify the account if you used Google sign-in and are unsure which email is attached.
Delete from inside the app
If you still have access to the app, you can also open your account screen and use the in-app Delete account option.
Subscriptions
If you purchased a subscription through Google Play, cancel it in Google Play before or after requesting deletion so it does not renew unexpectedly.
What gets deleted
We will process deletion of the app account and associated account data that Navi Navi stores for service operation, such as saved preferences, playlists, and account records, subject to any data we must retain for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
